KTR: KTR legal notices to Bandi Sanjay

MLA KTR:  Former BRS Minister KTR has sent legal notices to Union Minister and BJP MP Bandi Sanjay for making baseless and defamatory comments against him. He warned that he would file a defamation suit if he did not tender an unconditional apology within a week for the baseless comments made against him. On the 19th of this month, Bandi Sanjay spoke to the media and stated in KTR’s notice that false allegations were made against him.

KTR took drugs…

Bandi Sanjay accused KTR of taking drugs and of phone tapping when BRS was in power. KTR expressed his anger on this and mentioned the baseless comments made by Bandi Sanjay in the notice. He said that his father KCR’s name was also taken in the case of phone tapping. The notice said that the comments made by Bandi Sanjay are insulting to his personality and reputation. He said Bandi Sanjay made such comments only with the malicious intention of defaming him.

Me and CM Revanth got together..

KTR challenged Bandi Sanjay to prove the comments made by Bandi Sanjay that he took drugs, did phone tapping and secretly met with CM Revanth Reddy to avoid the cases. He warned that legal action would be taken if he made defamatory comments at will without any evidence. KTR said that the comments made by Bandi Sanjay were widely publicized through media and social media, due to which there was a risk of people misunderstanding him. KTR vehemently denied the allegations of drugs including phone tapping. All of them were dismissed as deliberate fabrications.
